If a Ben Rudnick & Friends show can be called a hoedown, then would an Alastair Moock show be a hootenanny? I’m not sure, but you can find out for yourself this weekend!
Alastair Moock will be at Club Passim in Harvard Square on Saturday at 10:30am. His uniquely rough voice perfectly captures classic folksy songs like Chicken and adds just the right touch to original songs like Two Mommies
(my favorite).
He plays guitar, he plays banjo, and he sings about spaghetti in your shoe. What more can you ask for?
And just to make sure you get in a hoedown after your hootenanny, be sure to check out Ben Rudnick & Friends in Hingham on Sunday at 1pm.
Have a great weekend!
