What’s Happening Over Vacation Week?

This vacation week is shaping up to be a good one. LOTS of performances from some of our favorite musicians and bands. Below are some highlights, but be sure to check out our calendar of events for a full listing of shows for the week.

  • Monday: Michael and Marisa will be playing at the Children’s Museum at 1pm.
  • Tuesday: Vanessa Trien will be in Sharon at 10:30am; Jay Mankita (who we’ve never seen live but really, really want to) will be at The Springfield Museums at 1pm; Mariana Iranzi, one of our favorite performers, will be at the Robbins Library in Arlington for a free show at 3:30pm.
  • Wednesday: The always-wonderful Debbie & Friends will be at the Mashpee Public Library at 11am; Maria Sangiolo will be at Café Fantastique in Worcester at 11am for a free show.
  • Thursday: Vanessa Trien will be at The Country School in Weston at 10am and Debbie & Friends will be at Children’s Cooperative Nursery School of Newton at 10:30am. Check out our contest for free tickets to Debbie’s show.
  • Friday: The Flannery Brothers will be putting on a free show at the Watertown Library at 11am. This may be our most anticipated concert of the week!
  • Saturday: The week ends with a bang on Saturday. Check out shows from Ben Rudnick in Stoneham, Leeny & Tamara in Boston, Jazz for Kids in Arlington, Little Groove in Natick, and Alastair Moock in Cambridge. Enter to win free tickets to the Leeny & Tamara show!
